Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via inbound calls, or the Internet
Analyse, diagnose and resolve potential issues with products - Log inquiries and complaints using the company database
- Update customer records
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience (call centre experience a plus)
- High school diploma
- Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
