Axios Assyst Specialist

The position of Assyst Specialist is a senior role to work with our new and existing customers to maximize their business benefits from best practice service management solutions and added value to business process definitions.

Primary tasks include:
·Fulfill the lead technical consultant role on large/complex projects.

·Mentoring other team members in process and technical aspects of the assyst tool

·Facilitate and document workshops to establish assyst infrastructure and configuration parameters.

·Assist with the development of implementation plans and statements of work

·Assist with the development of the technical portion of responses to RFPs

·Add value to customers by guiding them towards best practices in the respective business process within the ITIL guidelines.
Additional tasks include:

·Writing scripts, configuring web forms

·Delivering  of training

 

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in successfully delivering complex, $1m+ ITSM projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills at all levels.
  • Good written documentation (English).
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve on own initiative.
  • Add value to internal process/methodology reviews.

Desirable Skills

  • Min 2 yrs current ‘hands-on’ experience in lead role, implementing Axios Assyst.
  • Competence with key IT tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio.
  • Have mentor experience and leadership potential.
  • Certification at ITIL Practitioner level.
  • AXIOS ASSYST Certified – Bronze or Silver
