SALES REPRESENTATIVE – GTA
TES is a leader in providing Managed Services in the areas of Mailroom, shipping/Receiving and Printing/Copying Services. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team for the GTA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve P&L objectives, drive Sales and repeat business, promote special programs
Ensure a high level of customer service in all locations
Achieve financial objectives by staying within budgets for accrual and overhead costs
Provide information to corporate management by recapping promotional activity; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, ensure adherence
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Experience working with Mailroom services
Motivation for sales and ability to meet sales goals
Sales planning
Strong management experience, including at least 5 years in a district management capacity
Financial planning, budgeting and strategy experience
Training management and succession planning skills
Strong decision-making and presentation skills
Results driven
