Our client, a global supplier of climate control products to commercial clients, requires an Senior/Lead Order Entry Specialist for a one year contract for their Customer Support team in Cambridge.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Order Entry and Control of information related to job files and internal systems up to invoicing
- Organizing orders received either through inside sales or direct from customers to ensure all requirements are met for order entry.
- Issuing purchase orders and order forms to vendors & factories.
- Preparing returns for those that do not meet requirements to respective sales team.
- Enter information into Business Finance System (BAS).
- Working with Customer and/or Inside Sales reps to ensure all specifications related to the order (equipment, delivery requirements, etc) are correct and delivered to required vendors in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years experience performing customer service/data entry related tasks.
The candidate should have experience coaching and mentoring peers towards accomplishing common goals.
Intermediate understanding and exposure to creation of procedures and business process design
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, data entry skills 60wpm plus, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated, Outlook, strong Microsoft Suite skills, excellent Excel skill required.
