Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services, this position is focused on responding to the needs of clients to plan and successfully execute project. The successful candidate should expect to be involved in all aspects of client interaction and will be the day to day “face’ of the company. This position demands effective communication skills towards our clients and all internal stakeholders, using your superior time management skills, and attention to detail in complex situations.

What you will be doing:

With a goal to delight the clients by aligning client needs and company process, the ultimate measure of success in this position is customer satisfaction, revenue maintenance or growth within existing customers.
You will be involved in all aspects of client interaction, ensuring all needs are communicated and met. Liaise effectively across all internal and external stakeholders taking a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to customer technical concerns, review reports and ensure adherence to project requirements.

 

What we are seeking:

A relevant post secondary education (Chemistry or equivalent) is a pre-requisite for this position.  Experience in analytical chemistry, analysis of emerging organic contaminants and or organic chemicals will be highly regarded.

Essentially a customer facing role we are looking for a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.  With the proven ability to effectively time manage and proactively ensure customer needs are met.

7.      Skilled in Excel, Outlook, and Word (other software experience beneficial).

8.      Knowledge of Organic Chemistry.

9.      Knowledge of application or end use of data by client.

10.  Regulatory and emerging contaminant knowledge is desirable.
