Water & Wastewater Engineers

Position Description:
An employee-owned, Canadian company, Associated Engineering provides a broad base of consulting engineering services in the water, infrastructure, transportation, and environmental sectors.
We are currently searching for engineers specializing in water supply and treatment and wastewater management for our Toronto, Ontario office. The successful candidate will participate in the design of pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment plants. You will participate in studies, assessments, hydraulic analysis, modelling, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimates, specifications, contract documents, tendering, and contract administration. You will also be involved in managing water projects, including team leadership, coaching, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as preparing proposals and marketing.
Requirements:
Candidates should have the following qualifications
.An undergraduate degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering from an accredited university
.A graduate degree in environmental engineering from an accredited university is an asset.
.Eligibility for professional licensing with PEO
.Minimum 5 years experience in water and wastewater projects, including pump stations, treatment plants, and storage facilities
.Experience in process/mechanical design, specifications, scheduling, cost estimating, tendering, construction, and commissioning
.Experience in the consulting engineering environment is an asset
.Proven technical skills
.Project management skills are an asset
.Strong communication and organization skills
.Committed team player.
