Responsibilities:
We have an opportunity for a senior level Administrative Assistant with strong multi-tasking, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to provide administrative, operational and project related assistance. This position will be ideal for an individual who takes pride in keeping the team well organized, running smoothly and to be able to “think ahead” in providing requirements for this engineering team. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

.Liaising with other staff members and assisting with project administration (project correspondence, meeting minutes, schedules, maintaining database lists and confidential documentation)
.Managing the preparation and processing of correspondence, reports, forms and templates
.Coordinating the completion of proposals and business development initiatives
.Organizing and maintaining files
.Archiving of documentation as required
.Travel arrangements, expense claims, project related systems management

Qualifications:
You are an effective “team player”, who has demonstrated ability to work with little or no supervision, and possess qualities of maturity, judgment and discretion. Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize to meet tight deadlines. You are a proficient user of MS Office applications and presentation support tools, specifically Explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with MS Project and/or Prolog are assets. You demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to programs and processes quickly. Your strong writing skills, including proofreading skills and typing accuracy are a must in your preparation of documentation and proposals. As a self-motivated individual, you excel at working independently and also enjoy a team environment.
