Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator,
excellent English language (oral and written) and organizational skills are required.
Experience in the legal field would be an asset.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Attending to all general administrative needs of 4 lawyers under the supervision and training of the Senior Manager of Administration at the head office
- Covering reception and greeting clients
- Opening client files and organization of files for the lawyers
- Attending to any facilities related matters
- General maintenance, running and organization of the office
- Attending to minor book-keeping tasks under the supervision of the Supervisor of Accounting at our head office
- Familiarity with PCLaw is an asset
Additional requirenments:
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and grace under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast paced, corporate environment
- Must portray a professional and polished image and demeanour
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
