Job Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will plan, organize and oversee the delivery of outstanding products and services. You will ensure that daily sales targets are achieved while providing outstanding service to our customers. You will also manager all merchandising and advertising for the seafood department.
As a team leader, you will utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills to implement employee training programs while ensure departmental health and safety policies and practices are followed.
Job Requirements
Previous retail management experience, preferably in a Seafood Department
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of Health and Safety legislation, policies and practices
Excellent customer service skills
Post-secondary certification is an asset\
Familiarity with Sobeys programs is an asset
