Job description:

Manage, in partnership with the marketing team, a new eco brand.

Prepare a report every quarter on green marketing best practices of retailers and similar companies highlighting business opportunities as well as risks.

Design and internally market a ‘green team’ to be active at each Sears location.

Work with both the e-commerce team and customer insight team to understand the eco customer market segments, how to target them and design a compelling on-line user interface.

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned businesses supported in order to effectively liaise and consult with business leaders and provide a leadership role on sustainability performance and effectiveness.

Provide individualized coaching to senior leaders and associates in the assigned business area on sustainability issues, opportunities and risks as required, in order to achieve a triple bottom line.

The ideal job candidate will have completed a “University Undergraduate degree with Environment or Sustainability component”.
